This cannabis friendly class is a hybrid of mindful movement, breath work and meditation. We’ll start with gentle movements to awaken our bodies, draw awareness to our breath + prepare for deep relaxation. Cannabis friendly means you are able to consume cannabis on premise before and during class. Non-cannabis consumers are also welcome.

Catering to new mamas with babes aged between 6 weeks to 12 months, we’ll focus on breath, core engagement and gentle movements to lift your spirit. The space is created knowing anything goes so that we can all feel comfortable, moving and laughing together while allowing babies to be babies.
Punk Rock Yoga
From punk rock to hop hop, we combine the healing powers of music, breath work + yoga asana in a fun + challenging + supportive environment. We invite all to join in, whether you’re super new to yoga, a long time student or you just want to rock out to some good tunes. Modifications are provided. Props are encouraged.

We’ll lead you through a series of postures supported by props — bolsters, straps, blocks, blankets — to ensure deep relaxation. Poses are held longer but without strain or effort. Complement an active lifestyle with passive static stretching that works the connective tissues surrounding our joints and our muscles. We’ll hold postures for a longer period, allowing time, gravity and the weight of our own bodies to do the work for us. Accessible to all bodies. Modifications are provided. These classes combine a meditative component, which can include visual meditation, silent meditation, breath techniques (pranayama) or yoga nidra.
These classes provide a safe space for our two spirit LGBTQIA community and their allies to practice together. All levels are welcome. Modifications are provided. Props are encouraged. Dress as you like.
Our Community Classes are on a pay what you can model from $5 to $15. These classes are found on the schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 PM. Fridays at 4:15 PM and Saturdays at 1:30 PM.
